I support this campaign and will act upon any action item.One quick question, is the visa revalidation only for people who already hold H1 visa stamp on passport or COS from F1-H1 also falls in the same category?

You know that's my point. do you really think we can't do nothing more?.....
we are highly sklilled smart and great immigrants creating the new America of the 21st century we can't just say, thats it lets wait.....
This country is about money, and we have the tremendous advantage that elections are coming, lets see the big picture.. why dont we jump to the next level from street protesters to work with one of the candidates or 2 or 3 , if they see money they will push our cause. Lets work on that now...
So those guys who attended the hearings or met with senators. what was the result? what did they accomplished? did they get the opportunity to participate with the senator or law maker in an action plan? or we just wasted that opportunity asking for autographs? please those guys post your comments.
I'm no negative just wondering how to measure the success of the rally?

I really thank IV for the support extended so far. I am praying to god and hoping that this matter is resovled else this will seriously affect my small family of me, my wife and my one year old for absolutely no fault of ours.
I am also working with the law firm and they are trying to reach out to USCIS to try to rectify this grave mistake.
The only thing that really worries me is that in the withdrawl notice from USCIS it says
"'As a result of your request, your application is considered withdrawn, and it will recieve no further consideration by USCIS. There is no appeal to this decision.'"
I will keep the forum updated on any developments

I dont understand why we are hurt when 2 Indian companies were asked to detail how they used the nearly 20000 H1B visas they procured this time. DAMNN!!! IT IS VERY VERY IMP TO KNOW THAT. How many of these H1s are going to be brought here and sold to other companies, how much and WHO pays them etc. Do you realize how many biotech companies couldn't hire people this time just because these monsters gobbled up all the H1s:mad: :mad: H1 is tailormade to boost the american economy and I firmly believe (just as any other country would wisely do) that the first preferance should be for US companies, OK. If the senators are wise, they will and they should, make it sure this time that this never happens in future. Regarding software, I firmly believe, as somebody mentioned earlier, that they also need to start small training centers everywhere. I dont say that there are not good professionals comming in, but believe me, all those so called mca, pgdca etc etc Man!! some of them even dont know the basics of computer!!

I have entered all my details in the forum and send the same details to IV Virginia Chapter.
In other words i'm a fully registered member with IV Virginia state chapter.
If you have red my posting clearly, I wrote, I don't bother about RED's/Green's.
I was hurt for the using bad language by an IV member on a matured immigration forum.
You responded to my post having not read it properly. This is what is called interpretation issue with the language. This is what I wanted to convey.

What will be greater is that not only these "students", but the people who employ them, the people who run the "university", the ones who gave accreditation to this "university" should be all loaded in a ship and dropped-off on a hitherto uninhabited island in the south pacific, with a live stream of their life made available post drop-off.

No Finger printing notice received. This was at NSC. Mostly will get 2 years EAD as my PD is nowhere near to current but will update everyone for sure once I receive the cards!

I wonder nobody cares now that they have got capgap relief and extended OPT. But I wonder what will happen when finally a student after 29 months of OPT apply and this would keep on accumulating. It would get very dirty and ugly for students to even reach to Green Card stage. Forget about retrogression :(
